Cancellation / Refund Policy

1. We support full upfront payments as well as EMIs for our cohorts.

2 Once purchased, a refund will be provided only if you write to us at support@mastry.in within the first two days of course commencement. Decisions are made by the Product Design Launchpad (Mastry) team on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the mode of payment used.

3. Mastry does not store any of your payment information (debit card, credit card, net banking, etc.) or such other information restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for processing payments and has partnered with payment gateways for the payment towards the services. In case of any other payment, refund or cancellation issues, decisions will be taken on a case-by-case basis, and the Product Design Launchpad Team’s decision will be final and binding.

4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days via the original payment method. In the event of a refund, the learner is required to bear a processing fee (~10%), which will be deducted from the total amount.
